And for all you Danes reading -  how are you not having huge amounts of sex on bridges? Scandinavia is known as a pretty sexually liberated place, and you’re an archipelag0  – you’ve got a ton of bridges. Here a list – get going already!

This Article in Time Out New York about sex in public places in Manhattan includes bridges (although the top of the Williamsburg Bridge kind of stretches the definition of “public place.”)   And yes, the “anonymous lunatics” mentioned just happen to be charter members of the Sex on Bridges club!

This is where the title picture comes from, and is the most prominent mention of people having sex on a bridge that we’ve found  – so we’ve  also listed them as charter members of our Hall of Fame.   Arch bridges like this one are usually good candidates as they’re pretty easy to climb, and are relatively flat on top.   Don’t try it in the rain.
